Da zhou tian

Da zhou tian  (great heavenly circulation) is the inmost heart of Qigone practice.  You need to master Xiao zhou tian (small heavenly circulation) before this. Though  Xiao zhou tian mainly focus on circulating qi (vital energy) inside and outside of a body, Da zhou tian uses qi to interact with the universe.

Qi enters the body through the top of the head and flow through Chang Mai (penetrating vessel) down toward two legs and sacrum bone where it emerge and goes into the earth.  Then vice versa.  Qi enters via legs and sacrum then flow up to the head end emerge through the top. On the other hand, there are another definition saying Xiao zhou tian connect two major meridians in the body and help qi circulate.  As for Da zhou tian, it connects these two major meridians and the other six meridians, so that qi can flow throughout limbs. My work intended to make interaction between human and the world and the universe with an idea of qi in Da zhou tian.
